Toby Hedworth K.C.

Toby Hedworth K.C. was called to the bar in 1975 and became Queens Counsel in 1996. He is the Head of Trinity Barristers Chambers based in Newcastle, Middlesbrough and Leeds. He has been a Crown Court Recorder since 1991. Toby is also a member of the Bar of Northern Ireland.

He prosecutes and defends criminal and regulatory cases in the Crown and Appellate Courts in cases involving:

He was involved in the North East Property Buyers Mortgage Fraud (2015) case, which was dubbed the largest fraud in the UK.
