Crime Prosecutors is made up of a combination of experienced former senior police investigators and Crown Court prosecution barristers and K.C.s. Their multidisciplinary approach ensures the pragmatic and cost effective management of a private prosecution case, including ongoing evaluation as it proceeds.

Issued by the Private Prosecutors’ Association, The Code for Private Prosecutors sets out the standards and duties to be applied when making decisions about private prosecutions. The Crime Prosecutors team follow these parameters and recognise that whilst the services they provide are private, ultimately their overriding professional duty is to the Court.
